Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with Property Litigation experience.
• Ability to manage matters with autonomy and deliver practical dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Advise charities and not-for-profit organisations on a range of property disputes.
• Manage landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, rent reviews, rights of way and boundary disputes.
• Collaborate with Charities, Property and Private Wealth teams to provide seamless advice.
• Build relationships with clients and act as adviser to trustees and charities.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the practice.
