Office Angels is seeking an Outreach Executive in Towcester to drive venue bookings, generate leads, and engage supporters across the UK. You’ll combine relationship building with proactive outreach to help charities reach fundraising objectives.

Role involves outbound calls, CRM management and delivering excellent customer service while meeting activity and target goals; hybrid working available after probation. Training and progression opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales, fundraising or related phone-based roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong relationship-building and rapport-creation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to venues and decision-makers across the UK.
• Build strong relationships with venue contacts and stakeholders.
• Promote charity missions and secure bookings and fundraising opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
