Job summary

City of London Corporation invites a senior leader to oversee support services, customer interactions, and administrative systems across the Epping Forest team. You will report to the Superintendent and manage a small team while driving improvements to financial reporting and budgeting processes.

We seek an entrepreneurial individual with strong communication skills, experience in charity/public sector environments, and a focus on efficiency and value across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management and IT systems.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Frontline visitor service experience and customer service excellence.
• Experience compiling reports and presenting data for public audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; IT literate with MS Office and databases.
• Desirable: charity/public sector background with fundraising and charity accounting.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of support services officers delivering frontline customer support and administrative assistance.
• Improve business management systems and use data analysis for annual reporting and communications.
• Drive efficiency and embed new financial reporting systems into budgeting processes.
• Manage the office and support hosting of professional visits.
