Qualifications

• Excellent relationship and client handling skills.
• Strong technical skills and an ability to understand and work through complex issues.
• Team oriented and collegiate with experience of mentoring and supervising less experienced team members.
• Exposure to business development activities.
• Confident communicator with ability to develop relationships and undertake client marketing.
• In-House Charity experience can be considered.
• Flexible on location.

Responsabilités

• Handle your own caseload and support the lead partner on larger projects across charity law and governance.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and supervise junior team members.
• Advise on charity trustees’ duties, registrations, and governance structures.
• Advise on transactions including mergers and acquisitions for charities.
• Draft governance policies and review governance instruments and reporting to regulators.
