You will drive clinical leadership, supervise staff, co-ordinate on-call duties and contribute to budget management, ensuring high-quality care and staff development throughout your shift.

Qualifikationen

• A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate.
• Proven track record of leadership skills.
• Relevant experience in a similar environment.
• NMC registration and nursing qualification required.
