Job summary

Public Services Delivery Scotland in Glasgow is seeking a motivated Charge Nurse to provide clinical leadership and support the delivery of safe, effective, person-centred care. You will work with the Senior Charge Nurse and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards and help develop staff.

The role requires ongoing professional development within the competencies framework, PVG/Disclosure checks, and current NMC registration.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead, manage and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of blood collection processes and related venepuncture duties is advantageous.
