This is an exciting opportunity for a Charge Nurse position within a specialist adolescent inpatient mental health service. The postholder will provide leadership and clinical expertise to the team, with responsibilities including clinical leadership, resource coordination, and clinical decision-making. Skye House offers assessment and treatment for young people aged 12-17 with various mental health challenges.
The postholder will work with a multidisciplinary team and support the delivery of care in collaboration with young people and their families or carers.
