We deliver acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million, expanding to 2.2 million with regional and national services.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 12-hour shift pattern, 24/7 coverage.
Applications are invited from Registered Nurses trained in general or adult nursing, registered with the NMC, to join our enthusiastic and innovative Coronary Care team. This full-time (37 hours) rotational position includes day and night shifts from Monday to Sunday. The Coronary Care Unit (CCU) provides care for patients with complex acute cardiac illnesses, such as Myocardial Infarction, requiring invasive or non-invasive monitoring.
We seek motivated individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a Coronary Care environment, committed to delivering high-standard, patient-centered care. Essential qualifications include current NMC registration, evidence of professional development, basic IT skills, good communication skills, and enthusiasm for working in a Coronary Care setting. Evidence of current NMC registration will be required prior to the start date.
