NHS Scotland seeks a Band 5 Nurse to join the Medicine for the Elderly team. This role entails leadership in delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. The successful candidate will support team management and drive continuous improvement in elderly healthcare services.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join the Medicine for the Elderly, Angus Team which covers both Clova/Isla Unit, Whitehills Health & Community Care Centre, Forfar and General Medical Unit, Arbroath Infirmary.
Clova/Isla Unit has 27 in-patient beds along with 4 palliative/end of life beds and Arbroath Infirmary has 21 in-patient beds for elderly patients requiring assessment and enablement , palliative and end of life care . A Medicine for Elderly day treatment and Day Hospital service is also delivered within the units. Medical cover is provided 24/7 by the Angus Medicine for the Elderly, Medical Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and develop an established Nursing Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate a proven - track record to lead and manage a team to deliver high standards of person centred care as well as the ability to lead and influence change.
*You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register.
Hours of Work : 29.6 or 37.0 hours per week
