An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Charge Nurse at University Hospital Ayr.
What you will do:
An exciting career progression opportunity has arisen within Station 9, our Gastroenterology / Medical ward at University Hospital Ayr. We are looking for a Senior Charge Nurse to join our dedicated team. As Senior Charge Nurse you will nurture and develop the nursing team to ensure an excellent skill set provide high quality person centred care that meets the needs of our patients and provides support to their families and carers . As an individual you will have excellent communication and social skills who works well with and through a range of multi-disciplinary team members to achieve high quality of care throughout the patient’s journey. Your natural style as an integrated leader of people with strengths of empathy diplomacy and a passion to maintain high standards will equip you for this role. You will have a sound knowledge and understanding of Gastroenterology, and general medical conditions and will seek best results through appropriate use of people resources and data
