Position: Channel Sales Manager

Type: Permanent

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience (£100,000 OTE). Car Benefits included.

Start Date: ASAP

Travel: Weekly to East Midlands HQ, UK-wide client visits, occasional international travel.

Sector: Software Sales, IT, SaaS, Finance Software, Accountancy Software, ERP, MRP, Cloud, AI. No specific sector experience required; full product training provided.

Established and successful software company seeks an experienced Channel Sales/Partner Manager. Your role involves recruiting, developing, and leading a partner network to promote IT solutions, assisting partners in sales, drafting proposals, and providing business training.

Competencies: Facilitating a network of channel partners, negotiating with decision-makers on complex solutions, inquisitive, organized, dynamic, and strong communication skills.

Key Tasks:

  • Identify potential partner companies, define requirements, meet teams, qualify prospects.
  • Develop and manage reseller channel partners.
  • Build strong trust relationships with each partner.
  • Assist partners with business challenges, events, marketing, and tools.
  • Help partners identify targets and outline processes.
  • Follow-up on customer technical support.
  • Coordinate with training teams for partner training.
  • Collaborate with internal departments: Sales, Credit, Support, Legal.

Essential Experience:

  • Account management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in partner/channel management.
  • Proven ability to facilitate a partner network.
