A leading payments technology company in the UK is seeking a Channel Partnership Manager to support and manage Independent Contractors. The role involves ensuring successful onboarding, providing training resources, and being the primary contact for contractor inquiries. With a bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in partnerships or sales support, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with a focus on enabling sellers to grow their business.
Since we opened our doors in 2009 the world of commerce has evolved immensely and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale we saw sellers stymied by disparate outmoded products and tools that wouldnt work together.
So we expanded into software and started building integrated omnichannel solutions to help sellers sell online manage inventory offer buy now pay later functionality book appointments engage loyal buyers and hire and pay staff. Across it all weve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper increase order sizes and compete at a larger scale.
Today we are a partner to sellers of all sizes large enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations sellers just starting as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. The Channel Partnership Manager Independent Contractors will be the primary support and relationship owner for Squares network of Independent Contractors across the UK. This role is entirely focused on ensuring these contractors are successfully onboarded well-equipped to bring new sellers to Square and supported with all operational and administrative needs. You will manage the contractor onboarding process provide ongoing enablement and act as the first point of contact for all contractor queriescovering topics such as onboarding program processes invoicing residuals and seller acquisition support. This role reports to the Head of Channel Sales working remotely within the UK.
