Brinkworth Productions is seeking a Channel Manager for a 1 year fixed term contract in London. You will own publishing across our owned channels, packaging content and analysing results to drive growth, monetisation, and audience engagement.
This hands-on role requires strong YouTube expertise and the ability to translate strategy into briefs and schedules. You'll manage publishing, thumbnails, descriptions and playlists, while coordinating with the video editor and cross-platform teams.
Reports to: Digital Director
Suggested salary band: £42,000 to £52,000
The role: Brinkworth makes premium access documentaries. Now, we're building an owned digital business on top of it, including a major talent-led venture launching this year. You'll own the channel publishing and management end to end: what goes out, when, how it's packaged, and what the numbers say about it afterwards. This is a hands-on ownership role, not a posting or coordination service. The Channel Manager will translate agreed strategy into programming, briefs, release plans, packaging, publishing, community activity and performance learning. They will be trusted to make the routine decisions needed to keep channels moving with pace and discipline.
Thank you for your interest in Brinkworth. At Brinkworth our aim is to create an inclusive workplace that reflects different voices and perspectives and a culture where everyone feels supported and respected; equality, diversity and inclusion are essential elements of our company culture, and we encourage applications from individuals from under-represented backgrounds.
