You will report to the Senior Finance Manager and deliver insights, engage with cross-functional partners, and lead a fast-moving, business-facing finance function.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight.
• Proactive, can-do mindset with drive to deliver and complete tasks.
• Commercial awareness and strategic mindset to understand the bigger picture.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence across teams.
• Natural problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and pragmatic in challenges.
• FMCG experience desirable; CIMA qualification or equivalent considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, actionable insight into customer performance to the Account Directors and teams.
• Raise the bar on financial awareness through periodic reporting and storytelling.
• Identify risks and opportunities and collaborate to mitigate or unlock them.
• Support rolling forecast and budget processes with robust plans and clear risks.
• Ensure governance and control across all trade investment and capital.
• Champion ROI improvement culture for customer investments including promotion spend and pricing decisions.
• Spot value creation opportunities through margin, SKU and spend optimisation.
• Coach and develop wider finance team and support integration activities.
