We are searching for a passionate and dynamic Channel Account Manager to join our UK sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving Exabeam’s growth by recruiting and scaling our strategic partnerships in the UK. The Channel Account Manager will lead and coordinate field engagement, enablement, and business development activities to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve key metrics with UKI Partners
  • Partner with UKI Sales and Marketing teams to identify and build key partnerships
  • Work with EMEA Technical Alliances Director to identify and drive technical excellence, knowledge, and services capability
  • Develop annual and quarterly business plans and a review cadence to track pipeline, progress sales, deliver events, and take action to stay on track to agreed-upon goals
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with Senior leadership in our partner accounts
  • Track partner performance and identify trends/opportunities/challenges; drive strategies and take appropriate action to maximize benefit for all parties
  • Facilitate relationships between field sales/SE teams and key partner sales and technical team contacts
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience building partnerships with UKI Resellers, MSSPs, and Systems Integrators
  • Understanding and experience of selling in a SaaS company
  • Must have Enterprise Software sales/partner management experience
  • Preferred experience in cybersecurity market with some or all of the following technologies: SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, MDR
  • Ability to represent an organization at the highest levels with customers, partners, events, and industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • UK Based
  • Significant travel may be required
