The Enterprise Transformation Programme is a multi-year journey focused on transforming the Haleon business. Enabled by SAP S/4HANA it aims to build an organisation that is wired for excellence and to deliver our 'Win as One' strategy. The programme will strengthen the heartbeat of our business - to become more agile, efficient, and innovative - positioning us to drive growth through continuous improvement. The Change Lead role plays a critical part in making this ambition a reality.
The Enterprise Transformation Change Readiness Lead is responsible for co ordinating and driving business readiness activities across the programme, ensuring impacted teams are prepared and supported through change. The role works closely with Change, Engagement, Communications and Training and Adoption teams to support organisational readiness, behavioural adoption and successful implementation outcomes across markets and functions.
