Job summary

Nationwide in Swindon invites applications for a 12-month Change Industrial Placement within our Change teams in the Chief Operating Office. You’ll gain hands-on experience in business analysis, project delivery and change management, contributing to real projects while learning from experienced professionals.

You’ll develop practical skills across Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence and Visio, with a clear path to a future career in change and delivery, supported by mentoring and structured

Qualifications

Currently studying toward an undergraduate degree.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Interest in business change, project delivery or analysis.

Responsibilities

Coordinate training events and manage bookings.
Create engaging colleague communications.
Support budget planning and tracking.
Contribute to onboarding experiences, including Early Careers inductions.
Help drive continuous improvement through data collation and reporting.
