Nationwide is offering a 12‑month Change Industrial Placement in Swindon. You’ll join Change teams within the Chief Operating Office, delivering projects that improve experiences for customers and colleagues.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience in business analysis, project delivery and stakeholder engagement, with mentoring, workshops and a collaborative 10‑month project to build practical skills for your next career step.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards an undergraduate degree.
• Second-year university student eligibility for the placement.
• Demonstrates curiosity and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues across teams.

Responsibilities

• Join Change teams within our Chief Operating Office to help deliver projects.
• Gain experience in business analysis, project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to a collaborative 10‑month project with other Industrial Placement students.
• Develop transferable skills in communication, planning and problem solving.
• Participate in mentoring, workshops and ongoing support to grow your capabilities.
