We’re hiring a Change Manager – Technology as part of our Technology team, working on a hybrid basis from any of our main UK offices.

Role Purpose

The objective of this position is to design, lead, and implement a comprehensive, end-to-end change management strategy and processes for the transition to a new technology support operating model. The Change Manager – Technology will also lead and implement the change management strategy and processes for continuous improvement and change in the support model, such as integrating Artificial Intelligence and tooling. This role involves managing all aspects of change management and communication to ensure the successful adoption of emerging technologies like AI across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure successful transition to the new technology support operating model, focusing on internal communication and employee engagement.
• Lead change impact assessments, collaborating with key stakeholders across countries to understand impacts and tailor activities, ensuring successful navigation of change in all markets.
• Develop and implement communication plans, ensuring consistent messaging at all organizational levels.
• Create and execute training plans to support the transition to new ways of working.
• Work closely with leadership in Technology, Business, Operations (COO), HR, and Delivery to align strategies with overall business objectives.

Skills/Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Change Manager or project manager, ideally within a technology or digital media environment, with experience managing complex multi-market changes.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey change initiatives effectively.
• Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage expectations.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments and handle ambiguity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to change initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus but not required.
• Commitment to staying updated with AI and change management trends.
