We’re hiring a Change Manager – Technology as part of our Technology team, working on a hybrid basis from any of our main UK offices.
The objective of this position is to design, lead, and implement a comprehensive, end-to-end change management strategy and processes for the transition to a new technology support operating model. The Change Manager – Technology will also lead and implement the change management strategy and processes for continuous improvement and change in the support model, such as integrating Artificial Intelligence and tooling. This role involves managing all aspects of change management and communication to ensure the successful adoption of emerging technologies like AI across the EMEA region.
