Our client, a leading insurance broker, are looking for an experience Change Manager with a background in insurance for a large transformation around their London market business to optimize client access to London Market capacity by digitizing its operations into the market.

Required experience:

• Proven record of leading large and sophisticated change initiatives with relevant London Market experience
• Extensive knowledge of change methodologies such as ADKAR and Kotter
• Experience identifying and assessing change impact, defining action plans to mitigate the impact and delivery of those actions
• Ability to lead a change team, including delivery of communications and training
• Experience with communicating effectively with different levels of internal and external management/leadership while influencing multiple collaborator groups.
