About

ECS Resource Group is currently partnering with a global managed service provider whose end client operates in the Mobile Telecoms sector. We are assisting in the search for a Change Manager on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement change strategies aligned with digital transformation goals.
2. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to gain support and reduce resistance.
3. Create and manage clear, engaging communication plans across various platforms.
4. Conduct change impact assessments and devise plans to address challenges.
5. Monitor organisational readiness and design interventions to boost adoption.
6. Support training and development needs arising from digital initiatives.
7. Track and report on change performance metrics.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement of change practices and project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in change management, ideally in digital transformation projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Confident problem-solver with a proactive, resilient approach.
• Telecommunications background (Essential).
