Job summary

West Yorkshire Combined Authority is seeking a Change Manager to join the Change and Transformation Team. We currently have a vacancy for a Change Manager to join our Change and Transformation Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Change and Transformation Team and play a key role in delivering major organisational change programmes across the Combined Authority. Working closely with programme teams, senior leaders and stakeholders, you will help ensure change is effectively planned, delivered and embedded, supporting colleagues to adopt new ways of working and delivering measurable benefits.

As a Change Manager, you will work closely with programme and project teams, senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure change is understood, planned and successfully implemented. You will use recognised change management approaches to assess impacts, engage stakeholders, monitor adoption and support teams through periods of transition.

Working across a diverse portfolio of transformation activity, you will have the opportunity to influence how change is experienced across the organisation.
