BSI is looking for an experienced Change Manager to play a key role in delivering two major transformation programmes across our Labs business. You'll primarily support the Labs Digitalisation Programme, leading change activity around the implementation of LIMS and Simulated Testing, while also supporting the RED Labs Programme and the transition to a new facility supporting the Radio Equipment Directive. This is a hands‑on role where you'll work closely with lab and technical teams to prepare them for new systems, processes and ways of working. Building strong relationships and maintaining a visible presence with the teams will be key, so you'll be based in our Hemel Hempstead office a minimum of two days per week to support workshops, stakeholder sessions and on‑site engagement.
