Job summary

BPP is seeking an influential Change Lead to drive transformation and AI-enabled initiatives across the organisation. You will translate strategy into practical change plans and ensure adoption by leaders and teams.

Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will collaborate with Programme Managers, the AI Lead and regional teams to embed new ways of working and measurable adoption across BPP's centres and audiences. This is a hybrid role with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change plans to support transformation initiatives.
• Assess organisational impact of change across teams, processes and ways of working.
• Ensure change activities are aligned with programme and project delivery plans.
• Lead the development and delivery of communication strategies for transformation initiatives.
• Translate complex transformation initiatives into clear and accessible messaging.
• Develop leadership messaging and manager toolkits that equip people leaders to lead change locally.
• Design and deliver training for frontline colleagues and supervisors to support new ways of working.
• Support leaders and teams to adopt new processes, systems and behaviours.
• Identify barriers to adoption and implement actions to address them.
• Ensure transformation initiatives are embedded within organisational practice.
• Establish and run adoption tracking metrics to monitor uptake and readiness across initiatives.
• Partner with the AI Lead to drive AI adoption and behaviour change, including building and coordinating the AI champion network.
• Gather feedback and insight to inform improvement actions.
• Provide regular updates to the Transformation Director on change progress.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.

What you’ll be doing

In this role the Change Manager is responsible for ensuring transformation and AI-enabled initiatives are effectively communicated, adopted and embedded across the organisation.

The role translates transformation initiatives and strategic priorities into structured change plans that enable leaders and colleagues to understand, engage with and adopt new ways of working.

Working closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers and the AI Lead, the Change Manager ensures change activity supports programme delivery and drives sustainable, measurable adoption across BPP’s brands and regions.

As such, you will be responsible for:

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
