BPP is seeking an influential Change Lead to drive transformation and AI-enabled initiatives across the organisation. You will translate strategy into practical change plans and ensure adoption by leaders and teams.
Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will collaborate with Programme Managers, the AI Lead and regional teams to embed new ways of working and measurable adoption across BPP's centres and audiences. This is a hybrid role with strong stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll be doing
In this role the Change Manager is responsible for ensuring transformation and AI-enabled initiatives are effectively communicated, adopted and embedded across the organisation.
The role translates transformation initiatives and strategic priorities into structured change plans that enable leaders and colleagues to understand, engage with and adopt new ways of working.
Working closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers and the AI Lead, the Change Manager ensures change activity supports programme delivery and drives sustainable, measurable adoption across BPP’s brands and regions.
