In this role you will design and shape a programme of activity to embed AI across the business and to raise the level of AI capability across the organisation as a whole. The role is about defining what good looks like and turning it into practical, value generating adoption. Working through a network of AI champions and in close partnership with the People team (HR), change and operational teams across the business, the AI Lead identifies high value opportunities, shapes the roadmap of AI use cases, and drives enablement, training and best practice so colleagues across all brands can use AI safely, effectively and to commercial advantage.
