BPP, part of Lyceum Education Group, is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to drive messages across the Group. You will plan, create and manage communications with senior stakeholders and employee networks to keep colleagues informed and engaged.
This delivery-focused role requires clear writing, strong organisational skills and the ability to translate strategy into practical messages using Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint.

You’ll work across the Group, with senior stakeholders, employee networks and wider functions to plan, create and manage communications activity across internal channels.
We’re looking for an organised and thoughtful communicator, who can translate strategy into clear actionable information that every person in the business can appreciate.
