Job summary

Girlguiding is seeking a Change Lead to establish, coordinate and embed a network of volunteer change champions across volunteering and digital transformation projects. The role requires partnering with volunteers and colleagues to design and improve the change champions experience, ensuring members feel informed, supported and engaged throughout their involvement.

Job summary: As our change lead, you'll be responsible for establishing, coordinating and embedding a network of volunteer change champions to support the successful delivery of volunteering and digital transformation and organisational change activity. You'll be working in partnership with volunteers and colleagues across the change, learning and communications project team to design, and continuously improve, the change champions experience to ensure members feel informed, supported and engaged throughout their involvement. You'll have a good understanding of how people go through change and the change management process. Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships are essential to this role. You'll also bring experience in working in collaboration with volunteers and designing volunteer involving initiatives.

Location allowance is payable to those who work in accordance with our hybrid working model.
