Job description

Join OneAdvanced

At OneAdvanced, we build software that helps organisations across legal, health and care, education and the public sector work smarter. Our Professional Services team turns that software into real change for our clients, and we’re looking for a Change and Delivery Business Analyst to join them.

You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our delivery teams. You’ll get to know how a client works today, shape what good looks like tomorrow, and make sure we solve the real problem rather than the one first assumed.

This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to our offices and client sites, which may sometimes include an overnight stay.

What You Will Do

You’ll help clients understand what they truly need, then work with our teams to deliver it and help people embrace the change.

  • Work with clients to understand how their business runs today and where they want it to go
  • Run workshops and interviews to capture clear, well-documented requirements
  • Ask the right questions to separate what a client wants from what their business actually needs
  • Map current and future processes so everyone can see the change clearly
  • Keep requirements, risks and issues documented and up to date from start to finish
  • Work alongside architects, engineers and project teams to design practical solutions that fit the client’s goals
  • Spot where change will land hardest and plan how to support people through it, including communication and training
  • Keep clients and internal teams aligned with regular, honest updates on progress and risks
What You Will Have

You’ll bring a sharp analytical mind and the confidence to guide clients through change.

  • Experience as a business analyst or in a change role, ideally within professional services or consulting
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build trust with everyone from end users to senior leaders
  • Hands-on experience gathering requirements through workshops, interviews and user stories
  • Confidence with process mapping tools such as Visio or BPMN
  • A solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery, plus familiarity with ITIL and project governance
  • Experience across different sectors or regulated environments
  • Ideally, experience of digital transformation such as cloud migration or Microsoft 365, tools like ServiceNow or Azure DevOps, or a change management qualification such as Prosci or APMG

Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application.
