Job summary

  • Multi-disciplinary programme or portfolio-level project controls experience.
  • Experience mentoring project controls teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Project Controls function for assigned projects or programmes, integrating planning, cost, risk, change, and performance reporting activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and assure integrated schedules and cost baselines aligned to approved scope and delivery strategies.
  • Establish and manage Performance Measurement Baselines, including forecasting, variance analysis, and earned value reporting.
  • Implement project controls governance, processes, and assurance routines to support consistent and compliant delivery.
  • Provide clear, decision-focused reports and dashboards for project leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate inputs from planning, cost, risk, and commercial teams to ensure data integrity and alignment.
  • Support change control processes by assessing impacts to schedule, cost, and risk and maintaining baseline integrity.
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support delivery objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project controls methods, tools, and reporting standards.

Working closely with Project Managers, commercial teams, and client stakeholders, the position ensures that data is translated into clear, actionable intelligence.The role operates across the full project lifecycle, embedding governance, assurance, and change control disciplines.
