Tarmac is seeking a Change, Communications & Training Lead to drive the people side of a major transformation and rollout across multiple sites. Change, Communications & Training Lead to play a pivotal role in its success.
As part of
Project Falcon, you'll lead the people side of a major business transformation, delivering the change strategy for the implementation of a new order-to-dispatch system across the organisation. This is a high-profile opportunity to influence senior leaders, engage frontline teams, and ensure lasting adoption across multiple sites and business functions.

As the Change, Communications & Training Lead, you'll own the end-to-end change strategy and readiness approach for Project Falcon.
Leading a team of change, communications and training specialists, you'll ensure employees are engaged, equipped and ready for change at every stage of the programme.
Key responsibilities include:
You'll be a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
We're looking for someone who combines strong leadership skills with practical transformation experience and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels.
Prosci, APMG Change Management or CMI is highly desirable
