Job summary

Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking a Change, Communications & Training Lead for Project Falcon. You will own the change strategy across a major order-to-dispatch transformation, leading a team of specialists to ensure readiness, adoption and lasting business impact across sites and functions.

You will influence senior leaders, engage frontline teams and drive governance, budgets and risk management while delivering visible improvements from discovery to go-live and hypercare.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management for large-scale technology or operational transformation programmes.
• Evidence-based readiness insights to senior governance groups.
• ERP-enabled transformation programme experience with multi-site rollout.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the end-to-end change strategy, roadmap and success measures.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of change, communications and training specialists.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and resistance management strategies.
• Oversee programme communications and ensure effective training design and adoption.
• Establish business readiness frameworks and provide go/no-go recommendations.
• Monitor adoption metrics and implement targeted interventions.
• Manage risks, budgets and resource planning for the programme.
