Job summary

Government Recruitment Service is recruiting a Change and Benefits Manager for Defra in London. You will lead organisational change, ensure benefits justify investment, and engage stakeholders across Defra and its Arms Length Bodies.

You will work with delivery partners, providing leadership, guidance and assurance to ensure intended outcomes are achieved and embedded successfully. This role emphasises inclusive practice and disability confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational change initiatives within a government programme.
• Ability to quantify and realise benefits across multiple organisations.
• Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prepare the business for organisational change and ensure benefits are identified, tracked and realised.
• Act as a bridge between the Programme Team and business users to support effective implementation.
• Provide leadership and assurance across the programme and ALBs to embed outcomes.
