Here’s what the role looks like:

This position will collaborate closely with our client's teams to understand, assess, and enhance business processes while fostering innovative ways of working.

The primary objective of this role is to assist the Change Manager in the development, planning, logistics, and integration of changes being implemented by the Digital programs. Your focus will be on the people aspects of change, which includes identifying the effects of change, as well as preparing, designing, and delivering the necessary materials to facilitate the successful integration and adoption of new systems and processes.

Strong knowledge of change methodologies: including Kotter, ADKAR/Prosci

Requirements

  • Managing Change according to the agreed customer Strategy
  • Support Communication campaigns and strategies
  • Identify key business impacts of change
  • Develop training content and learning paths
  • Engage key stakeholders and their teams
  • Measure and track Adoption and Proficiency
  • Identify risks, issues and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Project Teams
  • Support end-user adoption of new tools and ways of working
  • Experience Change & Adoption Manager or similar role

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to take information and create visuals that bring this to life – infographics and gifs.
  • Excellent organisational skills and detail-orientated
  • Analytical skills
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle – both Waterfall and Agile.
  • Business Change experience supporting a large complex IT change project
  • An understanding of change management. Ideal candidates will be familiar with Prosci, Kotter, etc.
  • Experience of leading multiple change deliverables at one time and being able to demonstrate this
