Job summary

Syensqo SA is seeking a ME Change Agent Manager in the UK to coach site ME projects, transfer change management expertise, and drive continuous improvement across production sites. The role focuses on creating sustainable results, deploying change methodologies, and enabling a mindset of continuous enhancement.

The successful candidate will lead Lean activities, develop implementation plans, and help teams adopt SMED, Kaizen, and 7 Wastes tools to lift KPI performance and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in guiding improvements across sites or teams.

• Reduce waste and productivity using SMED, 7 Wastes, Kaizen and lean tools.
• Plan a year-long set of activities across Site Production to improve KPI and customer satisfaction.
• Use A1 forms to show activity selection and outcomes, then monitor for performance gains.
• Assist and participate in other teams' activities and projects.
• FOD Champion role.
• 5S Champion role.

ME Change Agent Manager

Position Purpose and Objective

• To coach site ME projects, to transfer change management expertise (including toolbox & methodology) to the site teams and to the site Middle Management, to create the conditions to reach sustainable results and to create a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Remark: A ME Change Agent Manager can also run ME projects into other sites while belonging to one site.
• Projects completion and results. Regularly updated implementation plan (TIP).Transfer of change management expertise. Continuous improvement proposals.
• Change preparedness. Development of mind-set of continuous improvement
• Deploy for own perimeter the process for continuous
• improvement of the ME project parameters.
• Manage (in a first phase) in collaboration with the change teams the continuous improvement process.
• Transfer (in a second phase)the change approach(methodology & tools) to the change teams, and provide
• Impact & influence on teams and network without being a formal leader.
• Reduce waste and process waste with improvement actrivites

• Plan a year long set of activities across all areas of Site Production to improve KPI,s and customer satisfaction.These activities must relate to using the Lean Tools and show change
• Use the A1 type of form to show how activity was selected - for example data showing performance of machine over others of same type, breakdown of jobs run on that machine, OEE on that machine showing a story of why it was selected and for what reason, once activities have been completed, then continue to monitor to enable performance improvement to be shown
• Assist and be part of other teams activities and projects as and when requested.

The UK annual base salary reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is between GBP 50000 to GBP 60000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
