Job summary
Aspley Guise and Woburn Sands Golf Club in Milton Keynes is seeking a motivated greenkeeper to join our experienced team, ensuring the 18-hole championship course remains in peak condition year-round.
Required NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf Management with driving licence; PA certificates are a bonus. Salary £27,000–£29,000 plus overtime; on-site role with early mornings and weekend shifts. Includes training, golfing privileges and an employee wellbeing programme.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf Management or equivalent.
- Experience in greenkeeping or grounds maintenance preferred.
- Passionate about course presentation and sustainability.
- Flexible and reliable; early mornings and weekends on a rota.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
Responsibilities
- Daily course maintenance - mowing, divoting, bunker raking, turf care.
- Operating and maintaining modern greenkeeping machinery.
- Supporting renovation and improvement projects.
- Complying with health and safety regulations.
- Contributing to a positive, hardworking team environment.
- Adopting a proactive approach to course presentation and attention to detail.
