Job summary

YF Recruitment is partnering with a London-based challenger food business to hire a seriously creative marketer. You’ll own brand storytelling, content, and culture, and you’ll have the freedom to experiment and make a visible impact on fast-growing brands.

From brainstorming with the team to filming around London, you’ll develop TikTok and Instagram content, activate collaborations, run sampling events, and bring bold ideas to life that spark conversations and drive growth.

Qualifications

• At least two years' marketing experience in challenger brands.
• Experience in food, drink, wellness or lifestyle sectors.
• Ability to turn ideas into action with limited budgets.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm ideas with the marketing team.
• Film content around London and visit cafés.
• Run sampling activations and brand collaborations.
• Create content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Develop activations and events to spark conversations.
• Support launches and campaigns.
