Our client is a leading print and packaging company with expertise in design, graphic services, production, technology, and process optimisation, combined with marketplace understanding, innovative ideas, and customer-first service.

The role involves managing projects during the execution phase of clients' artwork and pre-press processes for packaging production. As a key facilitator in the supply chain, you will communicate with design firms, printers, engravers, on-site personnel, sales teams, and clients to ensure the proper printability of packaging. You will maintain and enhance client relationships, coordinate packaging production through job instructions and schedules, and communicate specifications effectively using the order entry system. You will serve as the primary resource for on-site personnel and sales, and as the main contact for the production department.

This role is unique, combining client-facing project management within the expanding CGI imagery field, requiring creativity and strong customer service skills.

We seek a candidate who can think innovatively, solve problems under tight deadlines, handle multiple projects, and manage client expectations effectively.

Applicants must possess creative flair, strong project management skills, and at least 1 year of experience in packaging or print. Excellent communication skills are essential for building and maintaining vital relationships across departments.
