Job summary

FWB is seeking a CFO to lead a scale-and-build finance function for a fast-growth consumer/ multichannel business backed by private equity. You will drive financial strategy, governance and performance while supporting international expansion and potential exits.

Reporting to the CEO and working with the Board, you will be a commercial partner on pricing, customer economics and promotional investment, and deliver investor-grade reporting and robust scenario planning.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience in high-growth consumer goods, e-commerce or multi-channel environments.
• Experience in a private equity-backed setting is desirable.
• Experience scaling internationally and supporting a successful transaction is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial strategy, governance and performance.
• Act as commercial partner on pricing strategy, customer economics and promotional investment.
• Oversee capital strategy, refinancing, M&A and exit readiness.
• Build a scalable finance function aligned to growth and value creation targets.
• Deliver investor-grade reporting, modelling and dynamic scenario planning.
• Drive gross margin, working capital discipline and cash generation.
