Job summary

Guardian Jobs is seeking an experienced CFO to partner with the CEO, leadership team and Board to drive growth across multiple global locations, support rapid expansion and prepare for a future exit. The role leads a lean but robust finance function, oversee statutory and management reporting, capital allocation, cash flow, treasury and tax, and implement scalable systems to support 300+ sites.

You will have a track record in high-growth, multi-site businesses with investor reporting and FP&A

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance in high-growth, multi-site or international businesses.
• Proven track record in fundraising, investor reporting and value creation planning.
• Strong governance, controls and risk management capabilities.
