RPGCC Wealth Management Limited seeks an Independent Financial Adviser to join our advisory team within an established accountancy practice. You will build a varied client bank and benefit from a steady flow of enquiries as the business grows.

You will provide holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, protection, and tax‑efficient strategies, while working with paraplanners and staff to ensure compliant, high‑quality advice.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is required.
• 2–3 years’ post‑ qualification advisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Intelliflo, CashCalc and FE Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, protection and tax‑efficient strategies.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with paraplanners, administrators and the wider accountancy team.
• Ensure advice is compliant and aligned with firm standards.
