Job summary

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Certinia PSA Solution Architect to join the Revenue Excellence team in the UK. You will lead end-to-end Certinia PSA implementations, align with client goals, and design scalable solutions that improve project delivery and financial visibility.

You'll coordinate across stakeholders, translate requirements into technical designs, and mentor teams while delivering measurable improvements in utilisation and revenue recognition for professional services clients.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering Certinia PSA, Salesforce PSA, or related enterprise service operations solutions.
• Strong understanding of professional services business processes: resource planning, project management, forecasting and revenue recognition.
• Experience in client-facing roles with responsibility for solution design and delivery outcomes.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration, reporting, dashboards, and platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Certinia PSA implementation, enhancement, and optimisation projects.
• Manage engagements from discovery through deployment, adoption, and post-go-live support.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand requirements across resource management and revenue recognition.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical designs, data models, and integration considerations.
• Design scalable Certinia PSA solutions with standard platform capabilities and necessary customisation.
• Partner with technical teams for integrations with ERP, finance, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.
• Own project budgets, schedules, risks, and delivery governance while maintaining client relationships.
• Mentor consultants and analysts on solution design, delivery methodology, and PSA best practices.
• Support testing, cutover planning, and training materials development.
• Contribute to pre-sales with SME input, scoping, proposals, and client demonstrations.
