Job Description:

The PRN - CNA will be responsible for providing direct care to residents with memory impairments. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, and monitoring residents' health and well-being. The PRN Shift - CNA will work closely with the nursing team to ensure that residents receive high-quality care and will communicate any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate staff members.
