Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Daily Pay! $2,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid out quarterly (F/T only). Day and Night Shifts available for F/T and P/T. Must have a Virginia CNA License.

Shift options: 7a-7p & 7p-7a. Pay rate up to $21/hr, plus additional compensation such as 1.5X Holiday Pay and 1.5X Overtime Pay for hours over 40 per week. Benefits include 401k and tuition reimbursement through ECPI. Extensive orientation ensures top training.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) daily and as needed.
2. Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies.
3. Record vital signs, weights, measurements, intake/output, and food consumption.
4. Observe residents and report changes.
5. Ensure residents stay hydrated according to their needs.
6. Assist with aseptic and sterile techniques to prevent infections.
7. Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure), weights, etc., as directed.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification from the state.
• Active CPR certification preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Stand and walk for over 4 hours daily.
• Bend and stoop for over 1 hour at a time.
