Job summary

CSA Group is seeking a Team Lead to manage day-to-day certification and testing services for a designated product group. You will ensure delivery meets quality, safety, and financial targets while guiding a small team.

Responsibilities include planning, resource allocation, training, and stakeholder communication to uphold CSA standards and client satisfaction. Strong leadership and engineering expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 5-7+ years of relevant certification/testing leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of CSA standards and testing procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily delivery of certification and testing services for a product group.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor work to meet targets and budgets.
• Develop and manage business plan and operating budget for the group.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
• Provide technical guidance, reviews and reports for certification decisions.
• Mentor staff, drive training, and oversee performance and development.
