Job summary

ClickHouse is expanding its certification program and seeks a hands-on owner to grow exams, write grading scripts, and build a community around ClickHouse certified professionals. You will develop performance-based exams for real-world use cases, create quizzes for credentials, and engage with the community at events and online.

This role promises a fast-paced startup environment with broad ownership across certification activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing certification exams and quizzes for a highly technical audience
• Experience with SQL
• Strong technical breadth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems, and big data
• Self-motivated with the desire to complete projects in a fast-paced startup
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Developing performance-based, hands-on ClickHouse certification exams
• collaborating with SMEs to create job task analyses for exams
• Grading and maintaining all certification exams, including writing grading scripts
• Developing quizzes for course-completion badges and credentials
• Establishing community presence for ClickHouse certified professionals via social media, conferences and meetups
• Tracking and reporting KPIs of the certification program
• Working with vendors to ensure proper delivery of exams and badges
• Handling learner questions about certifications
• Traveling to meetups and conferences to promote ClickHouse
