As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Certification & Compliance Manager to take ownership of our global product certification and compliance strategy, with a particular focus on fire and smoke door ratings and life safety standards.
Role Description
This is a critical leadership role, ensuring Kingsway’s specialist doors and hardware meet the stringent and international standards required for market access, safety, and risk mitigation.
You will be the subject matter expert on fire, smoke, and life safety certifications, driving compliance excellence across UK, US, and global markets, while supporting product innovation and commercial success.

UL 10C, NFPA 80 (US)
BS 476-22, EN 1634-1, BS EN 13501-2 (UK/EU)
BM TRADA Q-Mark, Certifire, ADA compliance.
