About Imaginae Studios
Imaginae Studios is a brand-new, fully independent label within the Fremantle family. Its mission is to push the boundaries of storytelling by producing shows conceived, developed, and finished end-to-end with state-of-the-art AI tools, while maintaining Fremantle’s high standards for IP protection, compliance, and global distribution.

The inaugural CEO will have the unique opportunity to build a studio from scratch, establishing the strategy, culture, operating model, and tech stack that will define AI-native production for years to come.

What Success Looks Like
Launch & Scale the Label
Incorporate the entity, establish governance, and deliver a 100-day plan that secures early wins.
Recruit & Lead a World-class Remote Team
Assemble a diverse, globally distributed team of creatives and producers; implement agile processes that operate effectively across time zones.
Define & Execute an AI-First Content Strategy
Set a bold creative vision for AI storytelling. Select best-in-class generative AI and synthetic media tools, develop an IP slate, and shepherd projects from ideation to delivery.
Own the P&L
Develop budgets, secure financing, and achieve annual revenue and profit targets.
Navigate the Fremantle Relationship
Serve as the primary interface with Andrea Scrosati and Fremantle’s central functions (Legal, Finance, HR, Brand & Marketing, FMI), ensuring strategic alignment while preserving Imaginae’s creative independence. Embed ethical AI and IP-safe practices, and stay ahead of emerging regulations.
Knowledge and Skills
Creative Technologist: Proven track record in transforming AI capabilities (text-to-video, diffusion models, AI audio, virtual production, etc.) into finished entertainment products.
Builder’s DNA: Experience in establishing new ventures, studios, or product lines—preferably in scripted, unscripted, or immersive media.
Global, Remote-Native Leader: Comfortable leading fully distributed teams and working effectively across cultures and time zones.
Change Catalyst: Excels at challenging orthodoxies, experimenting rapidly, and learning from failures.
Relationship Navigator: Skilled in senior stakeholder management and external partnerships (technology vendors, cloud providers, talent agencies).
Credibility & Gravitas: Over 5 years in senior leadership, capable of attracting top talent and commanding industry attention.
