Job summary

ARIA, the UK’s R&D funding agency, is seeking a Head of Executive Engagement in London. You will shape how the CEO and the executive team are heard, seen, and positioned in the public domain, ensuring clarity, coherence and impact across significant external moments.

You’ll lead an integrated external visibility programme, coach senior spokespeople, and coordinate with policy, comms, and ecosystem partners to advance ARIA’s mission and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior advisory, executive communications, or chief of staff capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO’s external communications quality, coherence and ambition for major moments.
• Brief external agencies to support executive communications.
• Design and manage a coordinated executive visibility programme across speeches, media, and social channels.
• Build the CEO's distinctive public voice and articulate ARIA’s mission clearly.
