Job summary

Deutsche Bank in London is seeking a CEO COO - Legal Change Project Manager at AVP level to drive complex change across AI, regulatory remediation, and audit programmes. You will partner with Legal and global teams to deliver structured artefacts, coordinate milestones and drive value through disciplined delivery.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating across functions and time zones to deliver tangible business outcomes while maintaining rigorous governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent experience in business change, PM or BA.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with product and project management processes and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• A Legal background is not required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of change initiatives across CEO functions, focusing on the Legal Department.
• Produce and maintain project artefacts: plans, PIDs, Gantt charts, RAID logs.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and delivery plans.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and sprint reviews.
• Drive AI-led initiatives, regulatory implementation and audit remediation.
