CommunityWorks Bradford is seeking a Centre Operations & Development Manager to oversee day-to-day centre operations and to help shape its future growth. You will collaborate with the CEO, supervise staff, and spearhead community-oriented activities and programmes that engage local residents.

The role offers 18–21 hours per week with two-year funding (potential extension). Salary is £36,750 per annum pro rata, with five weeks holiday plus public holidays, and an application deadline of 25

Responsibilities

• Provide line management and support to facility staff (Caretaker, Cook, Cleaner)
• Lead and develop activities for young people
• Develop and deliver programmes to strengthen community engagement
